Ok, I am totally spoiled on beef from Hometown Meat Mkt in Luling, TX. Our half cow that we ordered from them has been amazing! I never want store bought meat again. We are, but our grassfed source sells breed Highland and the meat for steaks is very flat. Also bonebroth tastes after tallow.😒 It's a good meat, but needs more work around.
