How long and at what temp ??
Took about 7 hours or so. Cooked 4 hours at 300, put in a pan and covered with foil for remainder of time. Cut it back to 275 around hour 5.5. Used a pellet grill. This is the tutorial I used. Fort time I’ve cooked Boston Butt.
