When I try to download the API for #BTCPayServer, it gives me the prompt to open, and takes me to the #Fountain app? Am I just missing an appropriate app to view and install the file?

I'm grass green at this but I'm trying to get savvy so I can talk to local businesses about adopting Bitcoin, and I want to be ready to help if they ask how to go about it.
