Do you struggle to remember your meds? I sure did.

Here’s a few tips from someone who is Bad At Memory and On Many Pills!

1. Pill organizers:

I picked a day of the week where I am more likely to have both enough energy and enough urgency — for me that’s Sunday.

Yeah they suck to refill, but make life so much easier, so I thank my current self for taking care of future self & sometimes give current self a treat after.
