Did that Nostr Tor project ever take off where you pay for fast bandwidth?

fortunately I am a nostr dev and I have developed a NIP to facilitate bitcoin-based information sharing where people don't just talk like normal but rather withhold information until they are paid, it is the economy of the future!

Actually that's not exactly innovative. Paid education has always existed.

Neither is paying for faster internet a particularly innovative concept- one that Tor has not implemented. (Tbh a feature like that sounds like something that would have MAJOR technical issues; my point is solely that it is desireable.)
