I have noticed that I dream more or at least remember them when I'm not smoking weed

I do believe it happens cause when you smoke you wake up more times and tend to forget what you had dream while sleeping.

I wake up sometimes during night, remembering what I dreamt, but not in the morning.

Sure. With weed you dream a lot but can't remember anything. Without it your sleep is more restful and you can remember a lot of your dreams. #quitweed

It's enough to not smoke before sleeping, that makes a big difference already

I think I will start with not smoking before bed. Possibly just smoking on the weekend

Wish your sleep time will increase and benefit from it 🫂

Dreams are back. Vivid dreams are first. More REM less light sleep. More deep sleep too. Your brain gets to recover more

Well done, keep it up

Impressive result. What do you use to track sleep?

Galaxy watch

Nice! I unfortunately have troubles sometimes sleeping with a watch so im considering Ultrahuman ring.

this ring looks interesting. what has you interested in it?

good to know you have papa Samsung keeping an eye on you.

what's the stats 4 crack? (>_<)

t-y

Very interesting. Had a similar experience when I quit drinking for a while.

cutting out alcohol really sucks. I went sober for about six months a few years ago and my sleep blew for a while.

Does “Light” stand for NREM.

How much weed did you smoke before? I quit weed about 8 years ago and a symptom of quitting was night terrors and cold hard sweats. I used to smoke alot of weed though

Maybe 2-3 grams daily, for decades 😬

if i understand correctly, REM sleep is basically compressing memories into long term storage, so you literally must lose some learning ability from it

My rem number is usually 65-73% of my sleep and I smoke when I get up all the way til i get to bed 🤷‍♂️

Yes but is your third eye open?

Yes!!! Keep it up ✨✨

I found something similar with alcohol, even in very small quantities. Even a single beer within 1-2 hours of bedtime resulted in minimal REM sleep.
