I’m seeing a lot of early celebrations from the Democratic politicians.

They see that what happens so far as a failure and that it will have a huge impact on next reelection.

They are forgetting the possibility of all of this working out.

I don’t think it’s a failure … we’re transitioning into a boom.

Me too.

Definitely not what Dem party are believed to think right now.

Today there were protests all over the US.

Sheep will do sheepish things 🤷‍♂️

I’m banned from r/dem so I can’t submit answers… But this is the general vibe 😂

Cringe. I’m not a trump fan or a fan of anyone for that matter but it’s not exactly rocket scientist to predict what would happen short term with aggressive tariffs. Everyone and their dog should know markets don’t like uncertainty. But if you want to reshore industry for long term prosperity that’s one way to do it. Just need to zoom out.

Agreed. Also huge difference when one induces a situation such as introducing Tarrifs vs the market crashing because something horrible is happening.

Exactly. They won’t be laughing for long but even the idiots will benefit. Doubt they’ll be thankful.

Just don't forget the midterms. That seems to be what the dems are focusing on winning, so they can get power back before Trump is done.

I still can't vote at that point, so I hope those who can will show up.

I'll do what I need to so I can at least vote in the next presidential election, cause there's no way I'll accept any of the anti reality, anti prosperity, anti human beliefs of the dems to lead our country again if I can help it.

They’re not organized , they don’t have an emblematic figure , they’re on the congressional floor and have no idea what’s going on half of the time , only focussed on scoring petty points , it’s really pathetic , they need a leader to rally behind and no one is competent enough so far or maybe their whole organization is set up to crush any rising figure with potential
