Even if these limits would be somehow relevant for the nornie out their that just want to stack their 400$ a month try to stop market places on other social media or the upcoming nostr market place, cash/service/goods transfers in person.. there will always be a market. They can do shit about it.

Okay, but your argument was that they can't do anything about p2p, not about the degree to which they can or how much that effects normies.

If they're already effective in establishing trading limits with zero effort on their part. Imagine what they can do when they want to actually fight it?

Currently there is just near to no demand for non Limit p2p trades... as soon as we have a demand, the supply will follow.

If they put some effort into it they would achieve the se as with drugs, weapons and other black markets. Its available in every city if you know where.
