Yes, insulation is going to be a little tricky. I haven't settled on a method yet. It might just be blanket insulation installed on the inside. With an air-sealer on the panel seams...
Also, anything you do on the roof to insulate is all curved work. Slow going!

The bifacials may be a great idea with the reflectivity of the galvanizing. Didn't know about them until you said something. (Had to Google!)
