And the ironic thing is that so much truly fantastic coffee is produced in SA. They just completely drop the ball in the roasting and pulling departments.

It’s the same with chocolate: grows there but no idea how to make it a fine thing.

Probably something to do with the machines being prohibitively expensive (especially for chocolate) and low demand.
