We were discussing something similar the other day, for a micro app to be developed where anytime an npub likes a noteid NWC zaps the noteid. Users could even run this app on their own node so they don't have to trust a third party. Someone just needs to build it.
Would be funny if it triggered the payment when you choose a lightning bolt emoji for the reaction 🤣🤣
