I believe there used to be all sorts of tricks you could do with your vpn - like prices would be different depending on which state or country your vpn showed you bought your ticket from. Not necessarily where you are travelling to/from. Other things like buying your ticket on a Tuesday because prices typically dip mid-week. But I’m not sure if those work anymore.

It really stresses me out a bit because it will be an expensive travel and i alway compare to the amount of sats i could stake so i am seeking to save where i can 😅
Yeah give it a shot. I can’t guarantee it still works but you can mess around a little bit and it might help on the margin. ✈️ expensive these days. I basically can’t take my family anywhere we need to fly now because it’s insanely expensive to travel with a family.

My wife and I did the same thing. I highly recommend doing that if you have the opportunity. We did some international travel when we only had 2. But once we hit 3 it made it a lot harder.
