A certain time M-F afaik
But will someone coordinate this or is it something that an app encourages? What ignites it?
I'm not sure who started it, but I imagine someone suggested it as a stress test for both nostr and Lightning (wallets and nodes) and it grew into this.
Oh yeah, might just be Thurs and Fri, right now. Would be cool if it were more days than that too imo
