Yeah, the best complete-version is probably

1) Get support person to handle issues and questions

2) Have them maintain docs and scan their convos with AI to suggest additions to the docs.

3) Have a npub chatbot answer questions in threads, based upon the content of the docs.

4) If it can't answer a question, have it respond by tagging the support person in a reply.

Or something like that.

The idea being that the support person provides training material for the AI and the chatbot, and is a "Press 2 to speak to a human." Fallback.
