He has talked about it on his podcast antihashed.xyz

He wants to send back to everyone, but it’s a lot of work and he’s not completely sure what’s the best way to do it (is my understanding)

Yeah but I think he found a way to do it. I got this message a good while ago:

“We're only processing commands from people with ids such that id % 100 < 1 today. Your id is X. Come back in 25 days.”
