Yea they have changed the way they handle this. It use to not cost anything and was done fairly quickly. I did the zero fee since I’m not in hurry and I’m
worried it’s not gonna go through.
I did zero too. But I also feel like this will not be today.

And the fees on mempool are too low anyway.
Yeah I messed up this morning using Zeus trying to send from my Umbrel Lightning Node to Onchain same Node and sent onchain funds to myself (paid fees to the miners). First fee set was 3s/vb. One cool thing I learn was you can bump the fee in nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 so I eventually cleared after bumping to 12s/vb.
Lots of mess ups today. 😖
Just checked and my transaction has cleared…no fee but took 8 hours😏
