I forgot to take a photo of the baked strawberry cake - what an idiot - trust me, it looked great and we just couldn’t wait to dig in. LOL. Yum.

Also good that I remembered to reduce the sugar to almost half from any American baking recipe. If I hadn’t - sugar overdose. Remember it!
