Yeah I'm not totally convinced on the benefits of raw meat. Meat can actually be more digestible by cooking. Your body has less work to do to break it down. Though some nutrients can be destroyed by heat.

But she's getting plenty of protein and vitamins and thats good. Most people don't get enough animal fats.

I have a family to feed and can't feed them raw stuff all the time. I don't have access to super fresh meat where that would be safe. We eat occasional sushi and I buy them raw milk so if there is a benefit to eating raw things hopefully that's enough to get it.
