I have noticed a growing number of people expressing suspicions about GrapheneOS and Pinephone, suggesting the possibility of backdoors, despite third parties testing to ensure their security. However, I remain optimistic that this situation will raise awareness about the importance of open-source hardware, not only for smartphones, but also for hardware in general. Till then, I'll keep make the best effort possible to keep my privacy and anonymity with what is available. Want to maximize your privacy and anonymity? Don't use anything connected to the internet or SIM cards, lol.

Yeah, it's odd. I noticed people who will look for any reason not to try out privacy respecting software. It's that or they find a small aspect of a software or service that's still needs some work and direct people back to Google services instead.
Plus, it's fun =3
