Is this ride a commercial thing or you have to know a guy who knows a gal, who knows a guy?

Yes it is commercial.
It varies. Also depends where you are. Most people get a guide to help them find a spot and take them there so it’s an added cost to the helo fees. I’d say a minimum of CHF 400+
