San Diego zoo is the most depressing place in the world
You saying that makes me angry 😡 As much as I want to see these animals, I will never enter a zoo.
The only zoo I may enter is the zoo in Kristiansand, Norway.
This zoo concept is one of the worst things we are doing as a human species to other species. We show no sympathy for nature.

Also, many rescue centers and sanctionaries doesn’t treat their animals good. Makes me sick. Especially places with larger and more excotic animals. This also includes circuses and roadside zoos 🤬
Well the argument is that some animals end up there after being rescued from x y z. Still, I think let nature take its course and try to care for their wild habitat instead of placing them in cages.

Some wildlife sanctuaries are doing a great job. I just hate the cages.
True! There are a some great sanctuaries that are more like national parks/reserves dedicated for the animals to live as «normal» as possible
