I don't know whats wrong with the app

My steps stop working on 31st yesterday, stuck at a particular number above 40k

numbers not increasing on walking

when i trying to sync it by reseting app (playstore uninstall and reinstall) login with #nostr nsec, I saw and shocked my all of the steps are gone

I loss all my one week activity and hard earned steps (40k steps)

(managing time for a walk)
