Are there new Coldcards coming next year with multi-sig and time lock capabilities or should I just buy an Mk4 now?
Mk4 will be more than enough. Even if in 1-2 years an MK5 arrives.

hmm ok, I heard somewhere that a new generation of HWW should hit the market in the first half of 24, so I'm hesitant
You don't need a new hardware with a lot of unknown bugs. Safety first, features second.
