i wonder what is the kremlin by your definition?

there’s no man who actually in charge or can make *any* decision besides putin himself – he spent 20+ years by removing potential candidates from power (and even his allies with any creative intents) bc of how controlling he is.

for me it sounds like “putin won’t let himself to be hold in custody” ofc he won’t, it’s common sense

I appreciate that it’s a building. At least in the West, it’s synonymous with the center of power in Russia. I’m referring to the senior power apparatus.

Saying "The Kremlin" is comparable to saying "Washington" or "Capital Hill"..
