Sourdough in its first ferment rising on my balcony where it’s warmer than inside the air conditioned apartment, protected from curious squirrels by extra thick tinfoil! It will turn into four loaves of bread for #anarcon - planning two plain, a date rosemary loaf, and a date rosemary boule.
