I will try adding less liquid to see what I get too 🤔 I’m also down for trying some other kind of stew, maybe one with lots of onion

Oh, i added lots of onion, and tons more garlic. Lately i'm on a garlic kick, and extra garlic just adds a different dimension. Def try that!
