Those shells aren’t 9mm. Maybe .45 ACP?
Good spot!
Let's see,
"Mercutio looks on, holding Romeo's gun, as Romeo talks to Juliet's nurse. The gun appears to have changed to a P14 at this point, due to the longer slide and the fact it says "P14.45" on the slide." According to https://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Romeo_%2B_Juliet
Love it! 9mm is such a POS round. It even looks underwhelming, as it is. Sometimes I thing it’s being promoted as effective to ensure people are under equipped. #gun #2A
As far as I'm aware people are only fans of 9mm because if you think about shit hitting the farm, it's police standard issue so you can steal and swindle extra rounds away if things got rough. And because some think like that more think like that so you keep one just to have an option of the "most abundant round" if nothing else. 🤷🏽
That sounds reasonable to me. The FBI tried to switch to 10mm, but the agents couldn’t shoot it accurately. That doesn’t make it a less effective round, training and suitable hardware is the key. For most defensive situations revolver capacity and power are preferable IMO. 🤘🏻
