You gotta be a high level idiot to belive that corporations will hire someone solely based of merit and no type of bias will happen

That’s like believing millions of mail in ballots every one of them are legit and accurate

My problem is people pretending we don’t need DEI because we reached some high moral level where everyone will be hired solely on merit that’s a fantasy
