I think largely the same. Seems like a personal journal / art project and a lot of people keep up with each other using constant content as a medium. Not my cup of tea, but I know enough healthy cool people that participate for me to believe it can’t all be bad. A lot of them even keep their account private so literally doing it for their friend network only.
