Bitcoin has forced him to change his content to what actually gets eyeballs. (It ain’t gold.)

If Schiff didn’t cover and talk about bitcoin, but just kept yammering on about a 60/40 portfolio with “some gold exposure” then his clicks and views would tank and he’d make less money.

He appears to have officially crossed over from the "then they laugh at you" phase to "then they fight you".
