V. Zelensky stated that Ukraine is now ready “at any moment” to sign a rare minerals agreement with the U.S., calling it a step toward securing “strong security agreements” from the Trump administration.

He also stated:

"Our meeting in Washington, at the White House on Friday, did not go as it should have. It is unfortunate that it happened this way. It is time to set things right. We would like future cooperation and communication to be constructive."
