Seriously... Fiat has stolen so much from us.
Especially when you consider the single family home is the ideal place to raise a family, not apartment units or condos or triplexes. If we're not building more houses, we're reducing ideal housing for families, discounting the future to band-aid over problems of the present. It's really sad, and once you realize it, there's no going back to the world you once knew.
People act like this planet isnt filled with vast amounts of vacant land and we wont get better at making houses lol (although I get that point of view since quality or price sure hasnt improved) I feel like people are really close to seeing it. They feel it more and more they just dont know what IT is
