Cow butt!

😀🐮

Bonus a nice church door in a random village

Where is all that?

I think that at least one photo has coordinates in its exif. Anyway, this is from the north western western region of Greece called Epirus

I spended a week of holiday with a small group in Tzoumerka area before a decade.

I had very relaxed time there

So what do you thnk about Tzoumerka comparing with other mountainous areas you have been to? I am curious...

Oh, was before 10 years, so probably some things changed from back then.

I liked the quietness and the natur. There was many pretty nice places to sleep and also some beautiful villages. Daily life had different rythmus, much more relaxed.

Driving through the mountain was ok, I suppose not many people prefer to drive through the mountains.

I felt sad thats so many villages (like this of the Bulgari company owners started) are almost empty in the winter, comparing to the economical life that they had half century ago.

This is sad and terrible. These villages were full of life and children many decades ago.

Comparing to other countries, of course they are much more organised and there are always aton of alternative things to do and also although the activities, people respect the natural a lot (like in Switzerland)

I suppose in Greece the unorganized areas staying more little bit of undeveloped, unorganised or untouched, cause its the only way to stay untouched or natural like in their origin.

For sure I would like to visit these places again in the future.

Greetings from Switzerland

Very accurate description.

The civil war deserted our villages. They don't seem that they can be revived again. Dark history. Anyway thanks...
