i evaluated the passport of peru. very easy to get. coming from paraguay i stopped on the way to north america for a few weeks. i did not like it much. i was only in lima staying in barranco. it is too cold for me. no heating. people are friendly, the city is too big and has too much traffic. food is good. i like paraguay and argentina better. i eat only meat and eggs.
