This type of thing can only happen in the USA. You're driving on a one-way street in the left lane, and out of nowhere, a black guy cuts you off through three lanes. You beep at him, he opens the window, threatens to shoot you, then when the light turns green, he starts following your car, causing a potential accident. You call 911, report the license plate and your location, and all you hear is: "If the officer is close to you, they will respond." That's it!
