Just started diving into the dependencies of C-lightning and LND for packaging for guix, LND has quite a bit of go dependencies, but looks like most of the non-bitcoin packages are already in guix, C-lighting has quite a bit of python and a couple rust packages, looks like mostly for tests though.
It's on my TODO list to try to match https://nixbitcoin.org/ with #guix and have it in guixbitcoin.org

Had the same idea, have you already started working on a repo. If not I can get a basic one setup on github and sr.ht
No I haven't done anything yet, well I got the domain at least, feel free to kickstart it
