Proof of Work for the My First Bitcoin project of BTC Curaçao Institute.

In lesson 4 of the curriculum we talked about Fiat money.

I continued with the Kura Piedra Bank (Stone Fence Bank), an imaginary bank I created in lesson 3.

I showed how this bank can create 9 times its loan deposits in credit.

A multiplier of 9. And if the hovernment decides to lower the fractional reserve requirement to 5% the bank can become more fragile by going 19X.

Our students enjoyed this activity.

My First Bitcoin is action based. Every lesson we start with a practical excersise.

And students ask questions and we explain the topic at hand.

I will open source this spreadsheet so you can make your own simulations like our Kura Piedra Bank.
