People don't realize how bad of a sign it would really be if the so-called "supreme" court decides to criminalize homelessness in Johnson v Grants Pass.

The only way the U.S. would criminalize homelessness now is if they know the pandemic is about to get worse, and they're trying to put the brakes on the collapse of the dollar by exercising as much control as possible over the spread of disease. H5N1 has the potential to kill a lot more people than COVID, but incarceration can still continue to be used to make sure more of the people killed are the ones fewer people care about.

If the U.S. military industrial complex is not focused on using incarceration to prepare for mass deaths, then codifying the criminalization of homelessness would be ridiculous insanity
