Interesting argument. Let have a conversation.

Questions:

1. What due process let these folks into the country in the first place? Did they obtain a legal visa? If no, what due process do you think they should have, and why?

If yes, continue to question 2

2. The ones that have been deported have been arrested for a crime. This is a violation of their visa requirements. Deportation to their declared country is automatic according to the visa rules. Arrest and arraignment is the due process in this case. What additional due process should apply to visa holders? Why?

3. what standards should we hold for people that woukd like to immigrate into our country?

4. What standards should we not accept?

If you have ever traveled outside the USA, you would realize that your argument is not a universal truth.

Let's discuss...

You can deport people back to their countries or you can jail them by getting convictions in court in the US. You cannt deport people into a slave labor on a third-party country jail without any argument in the courts. Everyone is innocent until proven otherwise. You have to prove it in court.

Trivium lesson here:

Statement 1: "you can deported people back to their home countries OR you can jail them by getting convictions in court in the US." - I agree, my answer is to deport them.

Statement 2: " you can't deport people into a slave labor on a third-party country jail without any argument in the courts."

This is a value argument on the relative virtues of one countries system vs another's. The fact that they came from an inferior country should have no relevance on the verdict. The fact of their arrest and arraignment means they had their day in court. They dont need to be convicted to say they violated their visa requirements.

Statement 3: "everyone is innocent until proven otherwise" this is true....they broke their visa requirements by being arrested.

quod erat demonstrandum

BTW, i don't disagree with you. I'm just challenging you to better arguments

Not reading all this, you started out with such a retarded question and then you kept typing for so long
