That being the case, if one considers the soft coup removal of representation that occurred with probably the founding of the fed and the AIPAC takeover of Congress and Senate, will there be an second holiday sometime if independence of USA is restored one day? 🧐

Well indeed. As a Brit who considers both uk and USA to be states ruled by external “elites”, I tend to think of both countries kind of more as colonies than sovereign states. I always find Independence Day to be a rather delusional celebration these days.
