A foot health protocol with 3 core elements:

1) Low time preference

Think long term. Trust the process. Be patient

2) Footwear

Stop wearing shoes that disable and damage your feet

3) Daily upgrade session

Show up for a daily session of at least 10 minutes. Spend that time reconditioning your feet, training your balance, restoring a resting squat, and spending time on the ground

Do those things and you will develop strong, mobile, stable, resilient free that are free of pain
