What is a good miner to start with? What about the electricity bill?

Any miner is better than no miner!

I like the S19 141s personally.

Alas though, I pay 0.18per kwh here where I live, so I end up hosting my miners in TX where I can pay a locked .075 per kwh.

Obstacles arnt walls, they are hurdles!
