i made a new account literally yesterday and experienced the same with primal, i guess it takes a bit for the client to get the new npubs n the changes
I ended up switching people’s profile to nostter and letting folks connect with me on Primal. I figured it would be a good way to introduce folks to more options rather than centralizing, which makes folks feel think nostr is a twitter clone.
Any lack of consistency will end up confusing folks and then they end up giving up forever lol
