Now the fact that in this case the copyright aggressor was a relatively small company, and the target was one of the biggest DataFarming corporations (Amazon), confuses a lot of the people about the ethics of the situation. Because of this, the OSI's recognition that the SSPL is a lock-in license, not a software freedom license, has resulting in mutterings that they're in the pocket of Big Tech.
