I’m sorry people do this to you and I ought to take my advice I’m giving you but they want your attention. Any attention is better than none. Perhaps send them the Peter Rabbit mom one where she’s giving Peter a drink and putting him to bed. In the end people just want that nostalgia of feeling loved and cared for. I realize this is not easy to apply but ultimately it’s a better way even when they are very naughty
