Starting with 40 on the decline… impressive. That means legs elevated right? Or do I have it backwards

yeah legs elevated. i put my feet on one of those big giant tires that people drag around. i'm currently maxed out at 40 in one set for decline pushups. my legs start shaking for the last few.
