I worked for Cake electric motorcycles.

They went bankrupt but I’m still immersed in the electric community here in NYC and can field any questions you may have.

Lucky, but this was the first post on my feed following my morning meditation 🫶🏽

More or less looking for a decent one for road riding.. Also was looking for a good place to buy a used one. I am cheap as well.

There are no right answers to this… and it depends on your needs and riding style.

I ride a chromoly steel hard tail BMX that insanely goes 40 mph and it’s not fun to hit a bump at high speed, but if you’re athletic and experienced in bunny hopping and enjoy wheelies, it’s a blast.

Most people are not like me tho… you can even build your own power train and put it on an existing frame if you’re DIY inclined. I often push n00bs into bikes with fat tires and full suspension as they’re MUCH more comfortable

All e-bikes have 3 components, a motor, a battery, and a controller, and once you get an idea of what you like, it’s much easier to decide.

It’s also much easier to own, service and maintain than gas bikes, because it’s basically positive and negative…
