Comfrey salve I made you can see some separating I think between the coconut oil and bees wax I mixed in maybe next time I will heat and let them mix longer.

I was at about 5 cups infused coconut oil to 1.25 cup of bees wax
In mine I use a third of each of the following olive oil (infused and strained), coconut oil and beeswax.
To minimise the evaporation of any active components I melt the wax first, add the coconut oil, wait for that to melt and then add the infused olive oil. Turn off the heat, let the residual heat in the bain marie remelt the coconut oil and then pour.
This is the colour I get for a simple flavoured lip balm. If I was to do a comfrey slave it would be a bit darker.
