I was intrigued by your question and the lack of solutions available and started to implement my own solution.
Basically a web based NIP-46 remote signer app with the possibility to handle keys either locally within the browser or externally via a NIP-07 browser extension.
Support for delegation is currently not implemented yet, but will come.
