Why seek legal recognition of these rights? To do so, you'd need to take risks in meatspace by proposing & supporting them.
I'm asking earnestly & in good faith. Have you registered your intentions regarding this?
Math and code is very good but is even better if Constitutions protect your rights. Constitutions protect people's rights offline, but thanks to math and code the world changed very fast in just 30 years, which is a lot of year's for one person but nothing for humanity, so Constitutions did not catch yet and never will if people do not lobby with policymakers for a digital fundamental right constitutional amendment.
